We are looking for a Senior Director, Global Value Realization to join our Worldwide Field Operations team, reporting to the vice president of Worldwide Field Operations. In this role, you will own the development and operations of the Infoblox Value Selling program. You will enable our global sales force with customer insights, quantitative analysis, business cases and proposals, and financial models to help them grow and win deals. You will also expand upon our current Value Consulting practice, tools, models, and best practices, and work with our Customer Development Organization post-sales to build a Value Realization program.

What you'll do:
- Own, operate, and grow our ROI models across all products
- Conversion of qualitative benefits into financial models (product, industry, solution, etc.)
- Maintenance and updates over time as new research is available
- Proactive determination of new benefits from customer and sales insights
- Tool administration, including day-to-day operations, vendor management, and negotiations
- Own and build all corporate standard proposal templates and business value assessments (BVA)
- Build a searchable library of BVAs according to product, industry, solution, and any other relevant demographic
- Work with Corporate Marketing, Product Marketing, Product Management, and other functions to convert new research, case studies, and solutions into financially relevant benefits statements that the salesforce can use with customer business cases
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement to build a value-selling training curriculum
- Work with the field on strategic deals, creating custom value propositions as the opportunity dictates
- Collaborate with the Customer Development Organization to build a post-sales value realization model, validating the value of the solutions sold to encourage early-or-on-time renewals, plus upsells and expansions
- Create tighter alignment between various functions that could produce better and/or more automated business cases, including channel, solution architect, professional services and customer education, and support
- Mine our customers to develop a searchable library of M1/M2/M3 for Sales teams to use in campaigns and BVAs
- Improve and enhance our current MEDDPICC processes, including opportunity reviews and go-live/mutual action plans
- Build a library of best practice examples across product, solution, and industry
What you'll bring:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in progressive roles in sales, sales management, sales enablement, and/or value consulting
- Experience building from scratch and/or leading a value program
- Solid understanding of marketing, pre-sales, sales, and renewals motions, including content, tools, and training with expertise in sales process and methodology
- Ability to influence key stakeholders, including executive leadership
- Effective relationship builder with the ability to build rapport with cross-functional departments
- Successfully build, manage, train, and enable large-scale programs, with experience at the global level required
- Sales tool experience, including ROI tools (Decisionlink is a bonus), and account/opportunity/forecasting, such as SFDC and Clari

- Establish yourself as the go-to leader of value for the Worldwide Sales Organization
- Begin contributing by improving our current assets
- Develop a plan for value realization and a value training curriculum
- Start measuring current effectiveness of programs and establishing goals for improvement
