Infinity Consulting Solutions is Hiring a Bookkeeper-Part Time Near Philadelphia, PA
Pay Rate: $25-$30 and hour
Work Model: This is at least initially an in person role however we are open potentially to hybrid.
Hours Per Week: We are estimating 10-16 hours per week and are open to whether this is done over the course of 2 or 3 days.
Rate of Pay: We appreciate the market has changed and we are not offering a full time role or benefits so welcome your weigh in on current rates.
Skills Required: Experience with QuickBooks Online is imperative with extra *bonus* points if experience with Bill.com, Paychex and Infor (Reserve). The latter is a CRM/event booking system.
Primary Responsibilities: Accounts receivable, accounts payable with some record management/administration duties as needed.
Start Time: As soon as next Tuesday October 4.
Length of Position: The minimum commitment is four weeks but could lead to 6 weeks or more.
