We are looking for a senior product designer who can focus on one of our major product areas. This designer will report to our Head of Product and work cross functionally with product managers, engineers, marketing, and sales. You will be responsible for all design aspects for the product area you are focused on and constantly advocate for the best experience for the end user. At Infinitus, you will:

• Collaborate with the product team to define user needs, product requirements, and design specifications.
• Design and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that align with user needs and business goals.
• Work with engineering teams to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback on product designs and iterate accordingly.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and design best practices, and share insights with the team.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the growth and development of the design team.

• At least 5 years of experience in product design, with a focus on designing digital products. Ideally in a startup environment. 
• Proven experience in designing and shipping successful products in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, design thinking, and UX research methodologies.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Passionate about solving complex design challenges and creating delightful user experiences.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
• Prior experience working in healthcare related companies
• Can tune CSS and HTML to achieve the necessary look and feel.
• Experience in mentoring junior designers and leading design projects.
