Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily office operations
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely payment of invoices
- Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance and support
- Develop and implement training programs for office personnel
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Assist with budgeting and financial reporting
Experience:
- Proven experience in office management or a related role
- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in clerical tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation
- Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
- Proficient in calendar management and scheduling software
- Familiarity with training development and implementation
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Previous experience in medical office management is a plus
