Core Health Chiropractic is a multi-disciplinary practing in Berks County, PA. We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong leadership skills to oversee office operations effectively.
General Duties but not limited to;
- Supervise staff and allocate responsibilities to ensure maximum productivity.
- Analyzes and organizes office operations and procedures such as daily ledger entries, information management and filing systems.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and liaise with vendors for procurement.
- Manage front desk activities including patient appointments and charges
- Handle Patient and Doctor scheduling
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to maintain efficient office operations.
- Proficient in team management to lead and motivate staff effectively.
- Experience in supervising administrative personnel for optimal performance.
- Knowledge of human resources practices for recruitment and employee relations.
- Ability in event planning to coordinate office functions seamlessly.
- Excellent calendar management skills to schedule appointments efficiently.
- Experience in vendor management to ensure timely procurement of supplies.
- Familiarity with general office tasks to oversee daily operations effectively.
- Must be a people person and understand the complexity of handling patients in a compassionate manner.
This position requires morning AND evening hours. Flexibility a MUST. Prior Office Management experience required.

Pay: $52,114.00 - $55,152.00 per year
