Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Hospital experience is preferred.
Location: Jamaica Plain, MA 02130
Duration- 6 months
DescriptionAdministrative Assistant - Hospital experience is preferred.
Performs general clerical duties to include but not limited to: almost 100% electronically photocopying, faxing, mail distribution and filing. Coordinates and maintains records for staff office space, phones, company credit cards and office keys. Creates and modifies various documents using Microsoft Office, arranges large number of meetings for stakeholders globally, supports virtual events with technology to conduct webinars via Zoom, produce formatted reports/presentations for government agency, ability to communicate in writing and verbal, organized handling multiple schedules and events. Ability to learn and use electronic internal systems to process invoices, create purchase orders, and process travel receipts..
Skill/Experience/EducationMandatory: BS degree with admin experience
