Industry Ales is a new brewery and brewpub opening this month in downtown Chicago at 230 S Wabash. Our 200 seat venue will feature a full bar and restaurant along with 2 private event spaces and an onsite brewhouse. We’ll offer lunch and dinner services 7 days a week, with menus featuring contemporary bar fare, specialty cocktails and IA beers brewed in house.
We’re currently hiring Line Cooks. We’re searching for hospitality professionals who are dedicated to curating excellent guest experiences through knowledgeability, warmth and efficiency.
Compensation starts at $21/hr a designated % of the tip pool. Full time employees will be eligible for health, dental and vision insurance.
Line Cooks:
We’re hiring skilled Line Cooks with a passion for craft beer, and culinary arts, with experience on the grill and saute stations. Applicants should have 3 years of relevant experience and be comfortable in both high volume and elevated service environments. Some English required.
