Industrial Power Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Payable Clerk to join our growing team. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for processing and managing all aspects of accounts payable, ensuring accurate and timely payments to vendors and suppliers. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Record day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable
• Vendor/Customer Set-up
• AP invoice data entry
• Credit card statement invoice data entry
• Waivers and payment inquiries
• Cash Disbursement

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or Ged
• 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable
• Construction accounting experience

Skills you ll need to help you get the job done:

• Microsoft productivity apps (Outlook, Excel, Word, Planner)
• Ability to draft basic correspondence and communicate objectives.
