Job Summary:

We’re on the lookout for a fresh, high energy, motivated, moldable apprentice to join our lively band of CAD Techs and Electrical Engineers. This position does not require any prior experience. However, we will require this individual to put in up to 50 hours of work a week and be able to stay late on daily basis to practice what our team taught them that day. We are seeking someone who is a problem solver. Answers will not be given easily as we are searching for someone willing to work their way through a problem. Persistence is a key trait for this position. This isn’t your typical job posting because we’re not looking for the typical candidate. We are searching for someone with that special spark – a combination of cleverness, energy, and an insatiable thirst for knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Produce detailed drawings and designs using various CAD software.
• Collaborate with our engineering team to develop innovative solutions.
• Continuously learn and stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in CAD design and industrial automation.
• Ask questions! If you don’t know, then we want to teach you.
• Commit to long hours when the job demands it because, hey, that's how legends are made!

Requirements:

• CAD Awareness: Know what CAD is. Experience is a bonus, but we're really after raw talent and untapped potential.
• "Make It Happen" Attitude: We're looking for those with a genuine passion for achievement. Dream it, then do it.
• The Fundamentals: You should be able to handle math and reading tasks without breaking a sweat.
