We are currently looking to hire a full-time P&C Personal Lines Account Manager/Account Relations Manager, our office is growing.

Work Arrangement: In Office/ Hybrid Work Schedule
License: Willing to obtain Property & Casualty license within 90 days.
Compensation: $20 -$33 Hourly (includes commission and bonus). Salary will be commensurate with experience.
As personal lines insurance agent you will sell multiple types of insurance policies including home, auto, umbrella, and life insurance to protect individuals and families against financial loss. You will analyze the personal insurance needs of our clients and recommend suitable insurance products.
You are also the Account Relations Manager and provide customer service to your existing book of business while simultaneously marketing and prospecting new business, policy renewals, organic growth, and more. A personal lines insurance sales agent must facilitate additional insurance coverage lines like marine or flood insurance if needed to meet clients' insurance needs and collaborate with underwriters on policy retention, modification, and reinstatement.
People with Banking, Insurance, Claims, Loans, and Title Processing background transitions well to the role.
