The Customer Service Representative is responsible for the day-to-day servicing of specific accounts at the direction of the Account Executive and/or Producer. This position requires direct interaction with clients, Account Executives, Producers, insurance companies, finance companies and various departments within the IIC organization.

• Minimum 2 years commercial experience, 3-5 years is a plus
• Technical knowledge of commercial lines coverage
• Experience with various carriers and working directly with their underwriters.
• Experience utilizing online rating software and various insurance carrier online systems.
• Valid P& C Licensed
• Proficient use in technology/PC competence for computer/online work systems/programs including

but not limited to Excel, Outlook, Word, VOIP phones

• Knowledge in AMS360 preferred
