Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Hourly Rate: $13.00/hr

Shift Times: Monday - Friday (8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. or 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. or 1:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.)

Location: Lowell, AR

Indeed Flex is hiring Customer Service Representatives for our dynamic clients in Lowell, AR.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct inbound/outbound calls assisting customers with delivery times and inquiries
• Build strong relationships with clients (new and existing)
• Understand client issues and address each situation
• Perform general account management tasks
• Help guide clients through questions and concerns

Job Requirements:

• At least 6 months of customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented and ability to multitask
• An outgoing personality
• Basic computer skills with an emphasis on Excel
• Must be able to work on two screens
