Indeck Power, the largest single-source provider of steam power and hot water solutions, is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant. This position is fully on-site at our Wheeling office. The Administrative Assistant will provide general administrative assistant to the management team and assist on special projects. Essential Duties And Responsibilities
General overflow assistance to management team.
Prepare documents, reports, memoranda, compose letters and routine correspondence, and research information.
Make meeting and travel arrangements.
Administers office operations or specialized business functions.
May perform personal executive secretarial services under limited direction.
Provide backup to admin team and reception desk when needed.
Required Experience/Skills
A High School Diploma or GED required.
Business school, Associate’s degree or equivalent is a plus.
3-4 years of related experience.
Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and the Internet. Power Point a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
A professional appearance and telephone manner is essential.
Must have good command of the English language, oral and written.
Must be detail oriented and ability to proof-read.
