Indeck Power, the largest single-source provider of steam power and hot water solutions, is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant. This position is fully on-site at our Wheeling office.
The Administrative Assistant will provide general administrative assistant to the management team and assist on special projects.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• General overflow assistance to management team.
• Prepare documents, reports, memoranda, compose letters and routine correspondence, and research information.
• Make meeting and travel arrangements.
• Administers office operations or specialized business functions.
• May perform personal executive secretarial services under limited direction.
• Provide backup to admin team and reception desk when needed.

Required Experience/Skills

• A High School Diploma or GED required.
• Business school, Associate’s degree or equivalent is a plus.
• 3-4 years of related experience.
• Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and the Internet. Power Point a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• A professional appearance and telephone manner is essential.
• Must have good command of the English language, oral and written.
• Must be detail oriented and ability to proof-read.
• Must be able to type 60-75 wpm.
