In this role, you will:
* Provide friendly and professional customer service via phone, online chat, or email.
* Assist customers with order inquiries, product questions, and returns.
* Use N41 and fashiongo.net, and faire.com knowledge to process orders and answer customer questions.
* Work in a fast-paced environment, handling a high volume of inquiries.
* Juggle multiple tasks simultaneoulsy and prioritize effectively.
* Collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction.
