Inclusively is partnering with a multinational universal bank to hire a Software Developer.

ABOUT INCLUSIVELY:

What will you be doing?

  • On behalf of a global financial services organization, design and develop highly scalable web-based applications using Agile methodology.
  • Customize software for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency.
  • Responsible for designing and implementing micro-services based solutions, strategy, and the micro services adoption process within the organization.
  • Create a portal-style framework and innovative UI using .Net languages.
  • Conduct research and tests along the development stages.
  • Recommend services or software to strengthen business infrastructure.
  • Create tools that improve site interaction regardless of the browser.
  • Evaluate functional requirements for projects and estimate development time with high-level architectural solution.
  • Mentor new joiners and developers by setting quality standards and ensuring adherence to them.
  • Debug applications to ensure low-latency and high-availability.
  • Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic and implementing security and data protection at the same time.
  • Responsible for hosting and deployment of application on IIS and configure Windows Server in order to host application.

What we’re looking for:

  • Requires minimum of Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology or a related field and at least five (5) years of post-baccalaureate progressive experience in the role offered, as a Programmer Analyst, Developer/Engineer, or in a related IT occupation.
  • Five (5) years of experience required with each of the following skills: Understand the complete software development life cycle; Use Visual Basic .Net to create COM and DCOM components with .Net framework; Use C# .net to develop desktop, web applications, and develop reusable services; Use DevOps tools such as TeamCity, Nexus, NOLIO, BuildManager to create continuous integration and build tool for production and non-production environments; Use HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create web pages and web applications; Use Angular Framework with Typescript to develop Single Page UI applications; and Use reporting tools such as Crystal and Tableau to generate reports for end business users.
  • Three (3) years of experience required with using ASP .Net Core for web development and building web apps on the .Net platform.
