Our client is a High-Growth Multi-Media Entertainment Firm seeking a Head of Finance/FP&A professional that will be reporting to CFO. This role will drive and lead their Global Finance Function. This professional will be an integral part of the organization working with Stakeholders, Executive Management Team along with business partner with Sales, Operations, and Legal.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Global Finance Operations - Drive and Manage strategic budgeting, forecasting, planning and analysis for Monthly, Quarterly, Year-end and Long-Term.
• Identify risk and advise senior leadership on initiatives
• Develop financial metrics to track performance across the company's financial operations
• Analyze strategic, operational, and financial impacts of firm actions, effectively communicate outcomes/strategic scenarios to management
• Create and present key business insights to C-Suite executive management team
• Manage Team

Requirements/Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics preferred; MBA or other advanced degree a plus
• Must have 15 years’ experience in Finance - FP&A, Budgeting, Forecasting
• High proficiency in Excel; building 3 -Stage financial models
• Ability to Travel
• Understanding of Revenue Recognition is needed
