Inclusively is partnering with one of the largest professional services networks to hire a Communications and Change Management Support Analyst.

ABOUT INCLUSIVELY:

Candidate will ideally be familiar with emergency management and stakeholders' engagement. We are looking for a team member support strategic communications and change management initiatives for the Client program to sustain and promote the delivery of the Client's Program services and help make sure that stakeholders are consulted, informed, and included as needed in change initiatives described. This may include developing a strategic communications plan, conducting stakeholder outreach sessions, developing communications materials and making sure communications are accessible to the audience and provide reasonable accommodations.

Role sits in Washington D.C.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role.
  • 2 years of experience with Emergency Management
  • 2 experience with Stakeholder engagement
  • Experience with Change management
  • Experience with building strategic communications in support of emergency management or disaster relief programs

Preferred:

  • Strong Communication skills
  • Previous Consulting experience
