Incident IQ is Hiring a Marketing Operations Specialist Near Atlanta, GA

We are hiring a full time Marketing Operations Specialist! If you live in Atlanta, please make sure you are able to work 2 days from our Atlanta or Alpharetta office. If you are out of state, this can be fully remote.

Role Overview:

As a Marketing Operations Specialist at Incident IQ, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our marketing operations. We are seeking a highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about leveraging technology to drive marketing success. If you are ready to meet the challenge of building something great, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert on our Marketing systems, acting as an internal technical guide for the Marketing team. (Pardot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Identify potential issues or challenges to campaign or project completion and recommend innovative solutions.
  • Utilize data-driven analytics to gain insights on email and campaign performance. Use these insights to recommend improvements.
  • Partner successfully with Sales Operations, Finance, and Customer Success to implement technical initiatives that allow the broader Go-To-Market team, and company, to achieve its goals.
  • Continuously seek to develop and embrace new standard methodologies to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Document process, and educate the Marketing Team on best practices as they are created and evolve.

About you:

  • Customer-first mentality with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently.
  • You enjoy working with data and are highly proficient in excel—formulas, pivot tables, etc.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Salesforce and a Marketing Automation Platform (e.g., Pardot, Marketo).
  • Proven track record in creating and optimizing email and ad campaigns, as well as designing landing pages.
  • Experience with modern B2B MarTech, performance marketing, and reporting/attribution tools.
  • Familiarity with Marketing channels (both offline and digital) in a rapidly growing SaaS organization focused on a B2B audience; K-12 experience is a plus.
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and a drive to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.
  • Formal training with Agile principles is a plus.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years using Salesforce and Pardot.
  • Minimum of 2 years using Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools.
