Inception is Hiring a New Patient Coordinator Near San Francisco, CA
Pacific Fertility Center is seeking a New Patient Coordinator to join our team in San Francisco. PFC has been operating since 1999 and we are one of the top fertility centers in the country. We have six physicians, all of whom are board-certified Reproductive Endocrinologist and Infertility Specialists (REIs). We offer treatment ranging from In-Vitro Fertilization (IVF) to Egg Freezing.
Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Scheduling appointments
- Responding to patient telephone and email inquiries
- Creating and updating patient education materials
- Maintaining patient database
- Obtaining & processing medical records for the physicians
- Assisting with patient education seminars
- Being available to the marketing department for tasks on an as-needed basis
Critical skills and abilities:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive team player
• Interest in biology and/or fertility
• Ability to multitask
• Exemplary telephone etiquette
• Professional in appearance and attitude
• Reliable, punctual, personable
Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree in science related field preferred but not required
• Customer service experience
• Experience in medical office: basic knowledge of medical terminology and/or medical insurance helpful
• Computer and typing proficiency necessary
Hourly Rate: $23- $25.50 Start date: ASAP. It is a full-time position (40 hours/week)
