We are seeking a friendly, experienced Laboratory Assistant to handle administrative tasks such as data collection, data entry, ordering proper supplies, entering/updating patient records.

The position will also include various tasks associated with assisting in our Laboratories, including (but not restricted to) Procedures’ witnessing, Patient chart scanning and uploading to Electronic Medical Records (EMR); Adding scanned charts to patients’ electronic files; Entering data/information to paper and electronic records (“Accession log”, “Mega-Database / Excel) and other formats. The Lab Assistant will also be providing hands-on assistance with Inventory verification procedure (verifying cryopreserved specimens, and all related documentation, and performs updates as needed). Additionally, the Lab Assistant may be asked to perform any other laboratory related procedures (or assist to them).

• Highly professional, dependable individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-service oriented, taking initiative to resolve issues in a manner that is consistent with our patient philosophy.

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent, required. 
• Strong computer skills and experience with data entry is required
• Experience in fertility is preferred.
