Technical Specialist II

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Technical Specialist II to join their team!
Responsibilities:

• Test and fine-tune standard products within set deadlines.
• Analyze and report on returned units requiring Failure Analysis.
• Troubleshoot and repair products to component level, providing secondary support and conducting failure analysis.
• Maintain accurate documentation for all tasks performed.
• Train junior technicians on standard test procedures and troubleshooting techniques.
• Compile reports on testing data periodically.
• Inspect products for workmanship and compliance.
• Manage documentation for ISO9001 compliance.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Associate's Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or similar field.
• 5 years of manufacturing experience, including 2 years in testing and repair of electronic products.
• Strong manual dexterity and ability to interpret technical drawings.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Excellent lead-free soldering skills and problem-solving abilities.
