Emerson is Hiring a Manufacturing Specialist I/II - 1st shift Near Boulder, CO

If you are a Manufacturing Specialist looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an exciting opportunity located in Boulder, CO. As a manufacturing specialist you will be responsible for assembling and packaging products, kitting parts, and filing material requests based on work orders. In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Performs a wide variety of tasks at various workstations, such as hand-soldering, brazing, tack welding, making repairs, and performing testing
  • Performs distribution-related functions (receiving, storing, and packaging finished products)
  • Performs preventative maintenance on, and ensures calibration of, equipment, tools, and fixtures
  • Pull and stage orders for shipment
  • Receive and store finished goods
  • Ensures product and process quality are maintained through visual inspection and testing
  • Assists in cycle counts, physical inventory, and yearly annual inventory
  • Completes tasks as advised by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Required to operate powered industrial equipment
  • No experience is required, training will be provided; we provide the mentorship and tools you need to be successful
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • Production experience
  • Forklift experience

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. In accordance with Colorado EPEWA, the hourly pay range for this role is $19.72 - $28.55 commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
