Medical Administrative Assistant

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Administrative Assistant to join their team!
Responsibilities:

• Obtaining new & updated Rx's for current patient's
• Maintaining and uploading patient's signed AOB's once received VIA mail (Updating patient's account to acknowledge the obtained documents)
• Inputting new patient orders into our EMR system
• Processing and drop shipping new orders
• Processing reoccurring urological orders
• Answering incoming phone calls and resolving customer's needs
• Answering incoming phone calls from doctor offices
• Verifying medical insurance coverage benefits
• Provides a variety of moderately complex medical office support/clerical functions

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Medical Terminology/Background
• 1-3 years of experience
• High School Diploma
