Responsibilities
- Engage in inbound and outbound calls with Inc Authority Customers who are considering a change in their services or to renew their services
- Collaborate with sales and customer service management on ideas and tactics to provide customers with new services
- Respond to customer queries in a timely manner
- Analyze customer feedback and develop techniques to ensure customer retention
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Explain and upsell our products and benefits of Inc Authority service
Essential Functions:
- Excellent Phone Commination Skills
- Ability to navigate a CRM System and use a headset
- Basic computer skills such as typing while using Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Requirements/Desired Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-year experience in a similar role
- Customer Service/Call Center experience
- Punctuality
