We’ve developed with Ruby, .NET (ASP.NET MVC), Javascript, Apex (Salesforce), and Objective C (iOS). All our projects use Git, CI tools, and JIRA for Iteration Planning and Change Management. We have daily standups, sprint kickoff meetings, planning poker, and always strive to write clearer user stories each sprint.

What You Will Do:You will design and implement key technical components of our Salesforce solutions and help direct other technical resources to develop and deliver various project requirements. You will help reduce the overall project technical risk by uncovering design issues early in the project life-cycle, share implementation methodologies, and recommend solution alternatives. 

This will be a hands-on role that requires significant learning and skills development on the Salesforce.com platform. You will work hard and develop your skill set faster than even you would think possible.

• Hands on design and development of custom solutions, including significant work in Apex, VisualForce and application integration patterns for the Salesforce platform.
• Judges the trade-offs with technology and feasibility and makes choices that fit the constraints of the project.
• Designs and implements business technology solutions focused on cloud-based business applications, specifically Salesforce.com.
• Direct involvement and/or oversight of developing business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, application configuration and testing, administration
• Release and Environment Management, including sandbox usage planning, metadata and data migration, environment comparisons and version control.
• Works directly with business partners to lead projects, facilitates business process analysis sessions, develops and delivers key components of technology solutions.
• Take a leadership role in helping advance and support our Salesforce Practice.
• Assist with client presentations and proposal creation as required.
• Assist in writing technical approach and design documentation.
• Help create integration and development project plans and designs.

Who We Are Looking For: Incapsulate is searching for a strong Sr/Lead Developer to join our team of highly skilled and passionate individuals working on a variety of interesting and challenging projects. 

Someone who is interested in being challenged each day by learning the different nuances of the Salesforce platform while working within a collaborative team environment. 

Required Skills:

• 5 years as a software developer.
• 3 years experience with data modeling and database schema.
• 2 years programming user interface. Experience with modern Javascript frameworks a plus
• Familiarity with source control tools such as GitHub and BitBucket.
• Experience working with modern APIs such as SOAP and REST preferred

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or equivalent work experience.
