NexThreat is looking for a Senior Software Developer to participate, under general direction, as a high-level technical expert in design development, coding, testing, and debugging new software or significant enhancements to existing software that are part of the Salesforce platform. 

Duties:

-Collaborate with Salesforce and System Administrators to validate business requirements DevelopApex (classes and triggers), Visualforce to extend the Salesforce Platform to support business requirements 

- Develop custom user interfaces, including Visualforce pages/Lighting pages, Aura Components and Lightning Web Components Build integrations using Salesforce APIs to integrate with other systems 

- Work with technical staff to understand problems with software and develop specifications to resolve them; resolve customer complaints and respond to suggestions for improvements and enhancements; participate in the development of software user manuals 

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree (BS) in engineering with a minimum 5 years in direct support of developing, integrating, implementing, and/or maintaining enterprise rack server solutions 

- 2 years of experience building and shipping production Salesforce implementations, including APIs and Visual Force pages.

- Experience working in Agile development methodology System administration and configuration management skills. Experience designing and maintaining public REST APIs
