Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated Content Manager to join our dynamic team. The Content Manager should be creative that creates, manages and changes content online. Responsibilities include setting schedules, managing external writers and designers, overseeing edits, and ensuring timely content delivery. Content would appear on company websites, social media platforms, in other digital and non-digital spaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and edit blogs produced by agency partners to maintain quality and brand voice
  • Utilize SEO knowledge to optimize web pages for improved search engine performance
  • Enhance engagement and CRO (Click Through Rate) on web pages through strategic content improvements
  • Create blog cover graphics and social media posts using Canva templates for visual appeal
  • Manage social media post scheduling in monthly batches to align with content strategy
  • Publish blogs and landing pages using WordPress, ensuring proper formatting and optimization
  • Contribute to content strategy development to drive brand objectives and audience engagement
  • Occasionally provide copywriting support for printed marketing materials
  • Coordinate with agency partners for content creation and promotion alignment
  • Submit expenses, manage administrative tasks, and compile monthly analytics reports
  • Demonstrate strong project management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks and project
  • Additional marketing responsibilities as necessary

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or similar field
  • 5 years of experience in copywriting, editing, and content management
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and web page optimization
  • Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools for creating graphics
  • Familiarity with WordPress for content publication and landing page management
  • Ability to enhance engagement and CRO through strategic content improvements
  • Experience in content strategy development and implementation
  • Flexible to assist with copywriting for printed marketing materials when needed
  • Project management experience is a plus
