In Balance Transitional Living is Hiring an Office Coordinator Near Tucson, AZ

In Balance Transitional Living is looking for an Office Coordinator that has office administration experience, is organized, self-motivated, and works well in a team environment.

In Balance Transitional Living, works to support men (18-25) who have successfully graduated primary care from substance abuse and are looking for a life, work, and school balance in a sober and supportive environment.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Assists Program and Operations Directors in day to day duties
  • Help maintain Quality Management and Licensing standards
  • Coordinate client scheduling for appointments
  • Update client files to maintain insurance requirements
  • Follows through on assigned tasks in the designated time frame
  • Demonstrates a positive, solution-oriented approach to the position
  • Takes initiative to correct situations when discovering an area of need/concern
  • Has the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced atmosphere
  • Maintains a professional attitude and utilizes appropriate resources to cope with stressful situations
  • Able to hold boundaries and develop appropriate, professional relationships with the clients
  • Able to make frequent trips across campus and lift 30 pounds

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Drive
  • Answer phone calls.
  • Assisting with coordination of client medications.
  • Able to pass fingerprint and criminal records verifications, obtain Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • 21 years of age and possess a valid AZ driver’s license
  • High school diploma or GED, Associates or higher preferred

Schedule: Part time or full time available

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
