Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market and industry trends
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business and expand existing accounts
- Manage and nurture client relationships, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives on a regular basis
- Continuously prospect for new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments to effectively communicate value propositions
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a construction or cabinet field for two years
- Strong business development skills with a track record of success in acquiring new accounts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
- Ability to effectively present and demonstrate products or services to potential customers
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable
- Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin is a plus
