Outside Sales Position
Imperial Wallboard Supply takes pride in our 28-year history, and we value every customer relationship. The outside salesperson role is critical to the overall success of our organization. The Building Material/Paint Salesperson will create, foster, and sustain valuable customer relationships. This individual will be responsible for prospecting clients, material quotes, job site consults, preconstruction meetings, and project management. Sales staff are bound by shared values and goals and promote the highest quality service and integrity to Imperial Wallboard Supply customers.

The successful Building Material/Paint Salesperson is motivated, takes an active role in personal development and thrives in an autonomous environment. High detail and efficiency in personal organization and time management are pivotal characteristics. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are key.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Achieve sales and gross margin budget
Develop and execute business plan
Develop new business
Execute company sales process
Relationship management
Minimum Requirements:
Associate degree or Certificate in Construction Management or equivalent experience
Outside sales experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
Preferred:
B.S. in Construction Management or Marketing
2 years of experience in outside material or paint sales
2 years of experience in commercial construction sales

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Rotating weekends 7am to 11am every other weekend
