As Human Resources Manager, this individual will provide counsel and support in all areas of Human Resources, including but not limited to, recruitment and retention, compensation, benefits, performance management, training and development, engagement, employee relations and compliance with both State and Federal regulations.
Primary Responsibilities
·Support the foundation and ramp-up of a greenfield plant. Implement and run HR standard processes from day 1. Support the plant management in all HR related and general admin related subjects.
·Partner and collaborate with plant management to better understand the business plan and the related HR needs.
·Identify and assess needs for talent management, succession planning, employee development and training. Coordinate and support with plant management the individual growth of talents as well as individual on-the-job training plans.
·Collaborate with plant leadership on employee relations matters including investigations, corrective action, employee complaints and career counseling.
Years of Experience
·10 years of Human Resources experience, including 5 years leadership/management experience in a large manufacturing plant environment within a global organization required.
Education
·Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (Human Resources or Business degree preferred).
·PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
