A 25 year old, regional roofing company known for impeccable work and high customer satisfaction is searching for a sales-driven Branch General Manager to join their Team. We have 4 successful branches across 3 states with plans to expand to up to 20 branches. This new location will play a critical role. 

Lead with Passion, Drive Results, and Fuel Growth:

• Run the branch like an owner and entrepreneur. 
• Manage all aspects of sales, operations, customer satisfaction. 
• Earn up to 25% EBITDA Profit Share Payout. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve ambitious growth targets, exceeding EBITDA expectations. 
• Cultivate a customer-centric culture and sales-driven mindset, ensuring impeccable service delivery, building strong relationships, and exceeding customer expectations.
• Assemble and empower a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and individual growth while driving operational excellence and profitability.
• Be a vocal advocate for the company within our community, forging partnerships and contributing to local initiatives.
