Through servicing, develop a thorough knowledge of the accounts, becoming a liaison between client, carrier and producer on a daily basis. Lead appropriate resources to address client’s needs. Actively works with producer in the retention and growth of the assigned book of business.
Requirements:
Commercial insurance customer service experience
Property & Casualty Insurance license
Thorough knowledge of all P&C coverage definitions.
Intermediate knowledge of account management systems.
