Our client, a well-known Fitness & Recreational Facility is in need of a dynamic Marketing Manager! In this role, you will play a vital role in the company's growth strategy and drive brand awareness surrounding openings and driving membership. The ideal candidate is a true digital marketing generalist, has managed a small team, and with significant experience in a similar industry.

This is an on-site role and is based in Portland, OR. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage and execute all marketing campaigns from beginning to end including: strategy, implementation, optimization and post-campaign reporting.
• Oversee the day-to-day management of multiple multi-channel activities. 
• Monitor and track relevant KPI's, make informed decisions and improvement recommendations and generate performance reports to measure campaign success.
• Collaborate with member committees for communication, campaign pitching, strategies, etc.
• Work closely with cross-functional team. Mentor and delegate tasks to junior staff members to deliver quality, consistent, and on-brand content.
• Primary point of contact for outside vendors and contractors. 
• Perform additional duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field with at least 7 years of advertising or content marketing experience.
• Digital-first mentality; demonstrated experience with SEO and web traffic metrics
• Experience with Marketo or other marketing automation tools
• Proficient in MS Office applications, project management or workflow systems, Asana a plus.
• Excellent client facing presentation and communication skills
