Compensation
This is a full-time, salaried position working 40 hours/ a week with an annual salary range of $95,472-$114,098. Because of our strong commitment to equity and growth, Impact does not negotiate salaries. Salaries are determined based on years of experience.

In This Position, You Will Be Responsible For:
You will play a pivotal role in shaping and steering the school's operational and administrative functions, collaborating closely with the school Principal, Assistant Principal and home office leaders. As the Director of School Operations, you are the go-to expert for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, fostering a positive culture, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the school community.
3 Key Leadership Responsibilities:
Operational Vision and Planning: Develop and drive the operational vision, utilizing data-driven strategies for efficient planning, coaching, and professional development. Collaborate with school leaders and home office teams to ensure alignment with overall organizational goals.
Cultural Development: Support the cultivation of the school's cultural vision, encompassing expectations, values, climate, and restorative practices. Serve as a role model and motivator, contributing to a positive and inclusive school culture.
Community Engagement: Build strategic partnerships to actively engage families and community members in the school’s vision. Promote and enhance the school's brand through effective communication and community collaboration.
3 Key Administrative Responsibilities:
Human Resources & Talent Development: Collaborate closely with Impact’s Talent and HR team on recruitment, hiring, state and federal compliance, compensation, and talent management.
Operations: Collaborate closely with Impact’s home office operations team on facility management, scheduling, events, enrollment, safety, proactively creating efficient school based systems and processes and other school operations ensuring efficient and effective day-to-day operations that support IPS instructional model.
Finance: Collaborate closely with Impact’s home office finance team on managing the school budget and procurement, managing resources effectively to align with IPS instructional model and broader financial goals.

Required Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
A Master of Business in Administration (MBA)
A minimum of 2 years in school operations, preferably at the elementary school level, with a history of success improving operations
Prior administrative experience
Passion for equity and gap closing teaching experience with proven record of student growth
License/Certification
