Job Details
Responsibilities

• 7-11 direct reports with a total of 50 staff
• Serves as a key executive leadership team member, primarily focusing on administrative leadership, operational excellence, quality care, patient experience, regulatory issues, insurance payers, compliance, and team development.
• Work in partnership with the CMO.
• Drive growth and expansion
• Experience with Washington State payers

Required:

• Dynamic leadership, clear communication, strong interpersonal skills, high personal values, and strategic vision
• Compassionate and engaging work style
• Understanding of healthcare operations and payer plans, contracts, etc...
• Ideally, operations experience in a cancer center or oncology setting with infusion services
