Role Overview: As the Executive Creative Director, you will spearhead our creative endeavors, driving strategic initiatives and fostering a culture of excellence within our team. Your responsibilities will include leading and inspiring a team of talented individuals, ensuring that our creative output aligns with client objectives and industry best practices. 

Managed Marketing Division Overview: Our comprehensive suite of services includes website design and development, automation, SEO, content marketing, photography and video, digital branding, market research, strategy, and analysis, paid media, paid search, app design and development, and business consulting. With Impact, clients have access to a dedicated team committed to achieving their goals. 

Key Responsibilities: 

- Lead a cross-functional team of graphic designers, copywriters, and group directors in developing strategic messaging and deliverables. 

- Prioritize tasks and allocate resources based on short- and long-term objectives. 

- Foster a collaborative environment through brainstorming sessions and innovative thinking. 

- Review and approve final artwork and copy to ensure alignment with marketing goals. 

- Produce compelling print materials and digital experiences that resonate with our target audience. 

- Oversee the presentation of concepts and obtain necessary approvals for deliverables. 

Qualifications: 

- 5 years of relevant experience in creative leadership roles. 

- Demonstrated expertise in marketing strategy and campaign development. 

- Proven track record of generating successful concepts and campaigns. 

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. 

- Creative vision with a focus on achieving business objectives. 

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field. 

- Previous experience in copywriting, graphic design, or production. 

- Project management experience with a focus on creative direction.
