Job Description

We're looking for a Creative Director with a copy background to join our Performance Creative team. Reporting to the Group Creative Director, you'll lead teams to excel beyond the brief, from conceptual development through execution of engaging direct mail, landing pages, and emails that have measurable impact.

• You'll oversee that creative choices relate to messaging strategies, elevate the quality of the work, and meet client objectives while achieving the our financial objectives.
• You'll mentor direct reports and create a supportive culture.
• You'll be a go-to client-facing voice, nurture client relationships, present and sell creative concepts, and be a liaison between client and creative teams.
• You'll seek out new messaging innovations and technologies to cultivate new concepts and promote new ideas.
• You'll demonstrate an understanding of unique audiences and creating content that is relevant to each.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience
• Strategic and creative skills (written, visual, and conceptual)
• Experience ideating for clients in the financial industry
• Client service and presentation skills
• Experience utilizing a variety of technology platforms and media channels
• Experience managing multiple teams

Additional Information

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $136,000 - $219,650. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. Our incentive compensation plan is subject to change.
