Description
Job purpose
The Human Resources Assistant is responsible for the administrative support of day-to-day human resource operations and under supervision performs work of moderate difficulty in human resources including HR and interview scheduling and HR special projects. The HR Assistant is a forward-facing role that greets, assists, and provides direction and information to interviewees, clients, visitors, and other guests of IMMY.

· Maintains the monthly IMMY employee newsletter
· Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of HR initiatives and projects
· Conduct research and gather data for various HR projects and initiatives
· Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials for HR projects as needed
· Collaborate with other departments or teams on cross-functional HR projects
· Assist in the implementation of new HR policies, procedures, and systems
