As the  Sales Communications Manager , you will play a crucial role in enhancing our sales efforts through effective communication strategies. You’ll collaborate closely with the domestic sales team developing training opportunities, marketing, and go-to-market strategies. You’ll collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and seamless communication across all channels.

• Develop and execute communication plans to support sales initiatives
• Train sales representatives on effective communication techniques
• Contribute towards the onboarding of domestic sales reps
• Create compelling content for sales presentations, proposals, and marketing collateral
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align communication efforts
• Answer or direct questions and inquires that come into customer service
• Work with others to facilitate training seminars/other events, develop announcements and invitation materials, and facilitate the distribution
• Monitor industry trends and competitor communications to stay ahead.
• Manage Physician website locator
• Travel to trade shows and events
• Performing other duties as required or assigned

• Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.

Minimum Requirements

• Preferred bachelor’s degree or Community College degree
• 2-4 years’ experience in communications or management
• Knowledge of marketing preferred
• 1-3 years’ experience in customer support/service preferred
• Strong knowledge of online system
• PC expertise: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Multimedia skills a big plus
