We provide our clients with promotional merchandise, web solutions, creative services, account management, social media and market trending capabilities. Job DescriptionOur Admin Associate plays a critical role in fulfilling our clients merchandising needs. You will primarily be responsible for creating purchase order documents, compliance paperwork and managing general day to day activities of a vibrant and engaging business. Additionally, key functions include warehouse communication, preparing merchandise for large promotional events and general office support.A week in the life of our Administrative Associate might look like this:• Issuing Purchase Orders and Tracking them through Completion• Facilitating collection of compliance and regulatory documentation• Vendor communication on open projects and orders• Managing projects and tasks as assigned• General office support functions and customer service inquiry resolution• Communicating and resolving issues with 3rd Party WarehousesYou might like this job if: • You have an ownership mentality and love working with people to solve problems.
