National MedSpa Training Institute is seeking a Sales and Administrative Associate to join our fast-growing team! You'll be the first point of contact for all potential students interested in NMTI course enrollment. Must have a background or be knowledgeable in aesthetics, Botox, fillers, laser procedures, PDO thread lifts, sclerotherapy and skin care. Must have knowledge of our competitors or be willing to do a deep dive and learn about other schools to help students understand the value and difference by coming to NMTI.

This is not a 9-5 job! Must be able to quickly and effectively manage all incoming leads immediately (within 5 minutes) to begin building a relationship. Contact leads that come into our CRM software program and continue to work the pipeline to help interested students transition into registered students.

What you'll be responsible for:

• Manage all incoming leads as they come in.
• Provide education to potential students about our classes and courses.
• Follow up with leads to set up student advisory calls, send out course information.
• Manage and schedule upcoming classes, coordinate registration and work to fill all classes.
• Work the model leads base to schedule model appointments for classes.
• Register all students, provide students access and set them up with their online program.
• Send course itinerary to students who are registered.
• Must be able to fill classes and reach monthly sales goals.
• Assist with sending out alumni information.
• Print and prepare certifications to all graduated students.
• Be onsite during training to check students in, check in and check out student models during class schedules.

You'll need to be:

• able to assist with developing new online courses (we'll guide you on this part!)

Classes are typically held on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Must have proven work history in the medical spa field, as a student registration admin, and sales where you were paid on performance and overall growth from hitting your goals and benchmarks. Commissions will be paid based on filling classes. Bonuses will be paid on growth of classes.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,099.20 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
