Some of the Responsibilities Include
- Payroll Processing
- Payroll Taxes
- Ensuring new hires have completed paperwork
- Reporting new hires
- PTO / Health Insurance / 401k eligibility calculations
- Processing health insurance and 401k
- Workers' Comp and unemployment
- Managing onboarding / time clock platform
- Proofing employee documentation
- Recruitment and Interviews
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years in Human Resources preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, management, or business preferred
- Knowledge of staffing and recruitment laws and regulations
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolutions skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
