Illumio is Hiring a Remote Head of Partner Marketing

In this role as the Head of Partner Marketing, you will collaborate closely with our Global Partner and Alliances team to devise and implement global partner marketing programs, aiming to significantly enhance awareness and influence.

Every day, you will coordinate with Field Marketing, Channel Account Management, and Sales teams to efficiently expand our Partner Marketing initiatives, contributing to the generation and influence of revenue-ready pipelines.

To thrive in this role, you must bring 10 years of marketing experience, including 5 years in partner marketing, possess strong demand generation and analytic skills, demonstrate effective project management abilities, and showcase leadership experience in managing teams.

Heard of Partner Marketing

As our Head of Partner Marketing, you will work closely with our Global Partner and Alliances team to plan and execute global partner marketing programs to exponentially increase awareness and influence. We're looking for someone to work closely with our Field Marketing, Channel Account Management, and Sales teams to effectively scale our Partner Marketing programs, to source and/or influence revenue-ready pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop an overall partner marketing plan that accelerates pipeline across new business and customer expansion, in partnership with Global Partner and Alliances, Field Marketing and Demand Generation.

  • Ramp our demand generation programs focused on and with the partner ecosystem.

  • Management of regular communication with partners on a Global scale in partnership with our Marketing team's efforts.

  • Establish KPIs and drive tracking and reporting of all co-marketing initiatives that lead to building and closing pipeline.

  • Effectively work with our Go-to-market team members (including Channel Account Managers, Account Executives and Account Development Representatives) to drive traction and engagement with our partner ecosystem.

  • Effectively deploy Business Development Funds to drive relations and enablement to partners.

  • Support partner enablement programs and readiness with internal enablement team.

  • Manage a global partner marketing programs budget that is focused on ROI and scale.

Experience:

  • 10 years experience in marketing with 5 years of experience in partner marketing.

  • Experience driving revenue through marketing strategies and program execution.

  • Strong demand generation, data, and analytic skills.

  • Prior experience working closely with strategic partners, or direct experience working for a partner within our ecosystem.

  • Ability to assess business opportunities, track and analyze results.

  • Project management skills and strong attention to details.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Prior leadership experience in managing a team.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Team player with proven track record in working effectively with cross-functional teams, including partnering with Sales, Channel Account Managers, and Field Marketing, and Demand Generation.

  • Strong ability to influence at all levels, internally and externally.

Pay Range:

$147,000.00 USD - $176,000.00 USD

The pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, or applicable laws.
