Requirements
Responsibilities
Project Planning and Execution:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Create detailed project plans, including tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively address issues.
- Ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets.
- Technical Expertise:
- Familiarity with the following tools and technologies:
- Jira: Use Jira for task tracking, issue management, and agile project management1.
- Snowflake: Understand how to enable Customer 360 views using Snowflake2.
- Mumps Cache: Knowledge of this database system for legacy applications.
- Kafka: Experience with event streaming and real-time data processing.
- Mobile Apps: Must-have experience in mobile app development and deployment.
- Ecommerce Platform Migration:
- Lead the migration from the existing ecommerce platform to a new solution.
- Coordinate with development teams, QA, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and a smooth transition for end-users.
- Supporting Documentation and Communication:
- Create and maintain project documentation, including requirements, specifications, and user guides.
- Communicate project updates, milestones, and risks to stakeholders.
- Facilitate regular meetings with the project team and stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Build strong relationships with business owners, product managers, and technical leads.
- Understand their needs, address concerns, and manage expectations.
- Ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical project management.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) preferred.
- Proficiency in using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
- Experience with mobile app development is a non-negotiable requirement.
