Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow within the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Duties:
- Provide general administrative support
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional client support
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations
- Assist with special projects as assigned
Skills:
- Proficient in computerized systems and software applications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Experience in customer service or receptionist roles is a plus (e.g., dental receptionist, real estate administrative, medical receptionist)
- Familiarity with Google Suite or similar productivity tools
We offer competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications. This is a full-time position with regular office hours.
