About the Role
The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President, Sales to lead a regional sales team, including Sales Directors and Business Development Managers. The role involves working with the leadership team to develop sales strategy, plans, and overall team management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in establishing and building partner relationships, an aggressive sales strategy, and the ability to manage a large pipeline of opportunities. The RVP of Sales will be responsible for leading, motivating, challenging, and developing the sales team, as well as driving efforts to prospect and develop new business partners. Collaboration with the partner ecosystem and internal teams, such as sales enablement, marketing, and support, is essential to ensure the success of the region.Candidates for this position should have at least 10 years of channel sales experience in telecom, cloud, and emerging technologies, as well as experience managing a team of sales professionals. A college degree is preferred, and the individual should possess excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills. The role requires a process-driven, customer-focused, and collaborative individual who can work both autonomously and within a team. Proficiency in computer usage, especially the Microsoft Office suite, and the ability to analyze data for decision-making are also necessary. The candidate must be based in the West region and be willing to travel at least 15% of the time.
