IIE administers United States Agency for International Development (USAID)-funded programs worldwide. The Assistant Director will support the Director and manage several of IIE’s USAID projects. S/he will supervise and lead daily tasks of a team that supports the implementation of several projects. The Assistant Director serves as a point of contact and resource for the field office. The Assistant Director’s work is carried out independently under general supervision.
The Institute of International Education (“IIE”) has a hybrid work environment that allows team members a combination of in-office work and telework at any of the locations listed above.
Salary Range: $90,134 - $109,190 A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, job-related knowledge, skills, abilities, internal organizational equity, and geographic region.
