POSITION SUMMARY
The Maintenance Technician performs a variety of tasks, including painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, test and inspections of physical plant equipment, preventive maintenance and various janitorial duties with minimal supervision.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school graduate or equivalent preferred ; two years of technical or trade school
