Ignite is currently seeking an Enterprise IT Services Contract Program Manager in the Pasadena, California area. Position is contingent upon contract award.

• Provide on-site, full-time program management support to facilitate Government-Contractor communications.
• Responsible for all aspects of contract execution managing day-to-day responsibilities in areas of Infrastructure and Platform Services, Network Services, IT Information Services, Telecommunication Services, Cable Installation and Maintenance Services, Cyber Security, and High Performance Computing.
• Responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, and communicating policies, directives, and goals of the organization.
• Primary point of contact for Government personnel – CO, COR, Program Management.
• Authorized to act on all matters relating to daily execution of the contract.
• Assist in operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; Prepare, implement and complete project plans.
• Develop and track budgets, direct process improvement initiatives and implement performance management metrics.
• Maintain, at a minimum, satisfactory contract performance and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in business or IT related field.
• 15 years managing large Enterprise IT services requirements and workforce. 
• Experience in personnel management, strategic planning, risk management and change management.
• Technical IT knowledge regarding computers, systems, applications and databases.
• PMP certification is preferred
• Secret Clearance is a plus
• US Citizenship required
